Lovely run in the sunshine with RFR. Around Derwentwater and up Cat Bells. Stunning November weather :-)

Running 21:45 [3] 3.1 mi (7:01 / mi) +20m 6:53 / mi

Fell foot park run. Got there with about a minute to spare given wils organisational skills. Decided to run it with the main aim of concentrating on breathing properly and not hitting wheezing state, even if this would be slower.

As it turns out I can now manage this comfortably for 2miles (first go was about 500m, last time 1mile without wheeze). Last mile was harder to maintain it but overall faster so maybe there is some improvement and it's worth the effort.

Certainly 10s faster with much less effort than last time.

Still absolutely exhausted but feeling more mentally tired than physiclaly now. Less like sack of potatoes this weekend.

Note

Glands have been up since Tuesday, bit of a sore throat but all a bit non descript. Maybe I've been particularly knackered as fighting something off.

Gentle out on the road with JK. Felt fine at a cruisy pace but legs/ general energy levels still got nothing for any effort (e.g. if the road goes uphill like it did on the way back).

Figure of 8 down to Milnthorpe, good catch up.The met office have something to answer for though, it was meant to be dry! Got a puncture just before getting back into Kendal (3 punctures in 3 rides, although one wasn't on my bike). Need to break the puncture habit!
