Ride to spectate Dunnerdale. Lungs on fire if breathing at all heavily, so didn't (good job I've got a compact and MTB cassette)

So, not my finest night nav, fairly scrappy and culminating in four attempts to find 12 but it involved some running (I wish they'd put it on the boulder not the crag, I could find the boulder, repeatedly!). Foot ok, bit of a jog walk but definitely an improvement. Also, screwed my head on from control 8-9 and all of a sudden could navigate, should try concentrating on nav not foot ;-)

Yey, actual exercise (albeit moo cows and the odd bit of hanging upside down off a blue to make sure I didn't damage foot).
