Chilli dip (with a wetsuit unlike most) from miller ground to Buoy 13. Will take some aclimatising to do more regularly and maybe some gloves/socks.

Fail of a run 1) because you really can't get over the sneaky bridge near morrisons anymore and 2) I missed lakes cycles leaving for xmas by 10mins....oh well!

Out to the bridge and back on the slippy trails.

Away over the weekend weddinging and xmas number 1. Best way to earn your food and drink in restrospect? Go to the mystery christmas killer session at Mapdec, push your HR higher than its been in months and see what happens.....

Simulated lap of coniston TT route. I had about 2-3miles left to go by the time the first guy finished and we ended the session.

Session 2 - How far can you ride uphill in 20mins. Turns out to be about 1-2km less than the blokes. Interestingly everyone's average Watts over the 20mins seemed to be about 20W below their FTP. Which would give me an FTP of about 190W - not as far as it could be from my all time best of 212W....

And just to finish off - sufferfest sprints session.....

I was glad my FTP was still down at 155W at this point, much more pleasant/ doable than it would have otherwise been!
