Cycling- stationary bike 1:01:05 [4] 11.43 mi (5:21 / mi)

Thin Air sufferfest as it was minging outside.

At Mapdec studio. FTP was set to 155w from the last attempts at cycling indoors when my lungs were fresh from pneumonia, so I decided to see how close to my all time best FTP of 212w I am...upped it to 191w.

Managed to hang onto that just, but still can't push it to high heart rates (max 175 and anything over 171 felt like destruction, where I'm sure this used to happen around the 180 mark).

Still, a massive improvement and now need to just get some volume back up if I'm going to make Raid Aran in the summer.

On bonus ferrous gluconate again and this seems to be improving my recovery issues so here's to some consistent training once we're back from the pyrenees!

Really good session in Staveley. It's been ages since I've done a class and it showed, I also think my left glutes are not as strong as my right anymore.

Varying success, some good climbing, some rubbish. But managed my first ever white!
