Brunt knot with Sabs, leg 1 of the quadrathlon followed by leg 2, lunch at home ground

Leg3 Blue sky paddle, followed by leg 4 cake at 2 sisters. Good day out!

KMF 10km, first time in a while I’ve run at any sort of pace, not too shabby but not got a top speed....3rd fastest pace I’ve run round the scar, the first fastest still not in a race but just pre itera training run.
