Run over to leg 3/4 changeover, up the valley a bit, watched the changeover then dashed back to the car to get to the end. Beat the first runners to the finish, having made it to every changeover and watching the men and women's teams through.

Park Sprint on Kendal Castle. First run since June. Good to be running with a distraction as it was definitely hard work, especially for the pace. 1 stupid nav mistake plus didn't check one code on the course and mp, but got round running!

Second part of the sprint, slower, but no major errors, remembered how to orienteer, now just to practice running.
