Man of Porage lockdown special! So nice to be able to take part, felt like a social ride even though it was solo! Letter P through Staveley and back the other side of the river to bowston. Balloon failure (or sabotage?) so good job I already have a pregnancy bump. Might be my last ride until post baby now, riding itself is fine (finally got a bike set up right), but my wasted glutes and back muscles from so long being horizontal mean they really tighten up after and make my L SI joint unhappy for the evening/night.

Or maybe I'll just do some shorter rolls, more comfortable than walking which also has similar effects.

Cycle to almost Dent from Sedbergh with Wil, no classic pint in the closed pub half way but nice to be down that valley again. I don't quite understand the change over the last few days, this time last week was too sick to do much at home, since Wed, this has changed to mean this was really enjoyable.
