C25k day 13 nap time buggy run, it's been a good decision not to smash my core apart on zwift racing this week, feeling a new level of strong running :-) trying to stick to c25k and not just ditch it at the first sign of proper running!

Gurnal dubs in the snow with Charlotte. Most of it was frozen so we had a thin sliver to play in. Only in a short time but actually easier to get in whilst it's cold in and out the water. I could see a few more minutes in at a time.
