Wtrl TTT, Manhattan. Felt great at the start and took a lot of turns or towed people across gaps for first 2 laps, must have averaged 3.3-3.5w/kg for a lot of that as was hitting almost 4w/kg on the front! Then Chris dropped and sals internet dropped out so we ended up a 4 just as I could have done with a few less turns. Made it to 5k to go before the legs started to die and was only putting out 180-190w. PB of 3.1w/kg average, better watch I don’t do 3.2 too often, especially as I go back to pre baby weight (that would put me well over) or I’ll have to be a B...

Another day, another downpour. Having avoided it in the morning walking from seizergh with lucy and joss, needed another outing for Annabelle and shopping so ran to town as fastest route through the disgusting weather....felt best I have for running in a few weeks.

Wtrl race series, Libby hill after party. Hilarious end to my phone as while emergency power pack being attached whilst maintaining roller riding, it fell off, hit front wheel at 20+mph and then the wall.....worked for a while after but then died. Not sure whether it was the wall or the water that had made its way into the already cracked screen during the monsoon walk in the afternoon that finally did for it. It’s done 6months since I thought I wrote it off dropping it so oh well.....
