Note

A combination of little sleep and travelling to the peaks and back with a non obliging passenger on the way there have written off the last few days! Booked trains for the repeat trip next week

Goblet squats x10 with 4kg - x3
Single leg calf raises x10 each side - x3
Static lunges x8 each side - x3
Bridges x12 - x3
Resisted scapular T x15 - x3 didn’t quite get the resistance right, a bit high
Table top alternating lowering leg x6 - x4 programme aims for three sets of 12 but definitely need to build to this
Forward reach x 8 -x3
Roll down x8 - x3
