Morning ride with Biz out to Wayzata via McGinty, south on 101 thru Deephaven, crossed hwy 7 on 101 to Excelsior in Mtka by Purgatory Park, north on Wiliston for some big climbs and home via Orchard, Shady Oak, thru Hopkins and back home via the trail - we went the long way to get some more miles.

Took baby Bodie on a walk around Calhoun. He loved watching all the people walking and riding by - he waved and clapped the entire time.

Orienteering race 2:30:00 [2] 7.0 km (21:26 / km)

T Pain & Biz set a nice map Sand Dunes. Decided to run Red because what the hell, I know I'm going to blow up no matter what course I do out there. I actually felt good about my run except for Controls 3 and 11. Control 3 was a black hole and by number 11 I was just checked out for a minute and then I totally forgot where I was and what I was doing.

Got in a good ride just before the rain.

Road with Biz to the U then down E River Rd, crossed over the river at Ft. Snelling, then back north on W River Rd, Greenway, LOI for the fun of it and home.

After my bike I did some work and the rain stopped so I decided to head out for a run. To/from and Calhoun and Harriet. I think this is one of my fastest splits ever. Felt like I was pushing but not red-lining by any stretch. I must be feeling better.

Got up to run with the crew but after LOI, I was in bad shape. My stomach was cramped up so tight. I let them go and hiked it back home.

Slow run after AR Tune-Up. Not too sore, just feels nice to take it easy today.
