Walk/Jog (Green Lake) 1:00:00 [1] 3.0 mi (20:00 / mi)
Poor Capone! all he wanted to do was run, actually all I wanted to do was run. i had to walk and run, one loop and back. However awesome company and loved seeing capone get to run back and forth. CUTE.

Wednesday Feb 20

Biking (Road) 1:40:00 [3]
uphills and some spills, pretty cranky

Monday Feb 18

Strength Training (Weights) 1:00:00 [3]
upper body and core - feel weak still but my weights went up... odd... eh?

Sunday Feb 17

Running (Trail Cougar Mountain) 2:10:00 [3] 10.5 mi (12:23 / mi)
Ran various trails with Mac- no snow this time, still wore much better shoes, traction was great. Many layers were in my backpack. someday I will learn. someday.
Running (Green Lake) 35:00 [3] 3.0 mi (11:40 / mi)
Capone Rocks!!! Wanted to run the entire time, just a little puppy too. It was so great!! I loved it...he is FAST. He stopped (by me making him drink water twice) or he would have had even faster time. Good job Capone!!!

Saturday Feb 16

Biking (Road) 2:00:00 [3] 22.5 mi (5:20 / mi)
Road bike to Alki and past from downtown - HAD to stop at Pegasus Pizza. Yummy. Hard to get going again first five minutes. Great ride. My first road bike flat... close to harbor steps so it worked out perfect

Monday Feb 11

Running (5k Green Lake) 23:55 [3] 3.11 mi (7:41 / mi)
Valentines Run. We ran as a team but not together. They total both times for placement.
C • great run! 1

Saturday Feb 9

Strength Training (Weights) 1:00:00 [3]
Upper body and core. Not counting this toward any time - but did hall sprints with Capone. He is so fast. I am sure my neighbors love me (but I have actually never seen any). I was tired. He won. We ran outside too but not as fast.

Thursday Feb 7

Strength Training (Weights) 1:00:00 [3]

Wednesday Feb 6

Running (Green Lake) 26:00 [3] 3.0 mi (8:40 / mi)
Ran at night with Mac, he was yelling "bring it" and screaming "YEAHAW" at big gusts of wind. Pretty rainy. I copied his time too, but he forgot to factor a pee break and a me a shoe tie (of course). FUN. <-looking back. Funny Matt was YEAHAWING on Monday.

Monday Feb 4

Biking (Road) 2:00:21 [3] 23.74 mi (5:04 / mi)
Might have distance and time incorrect. I just copied and pasted from Matt's. I just got a bike computer for my road bike that I need need to put on. Chilly Couple of fun espresso breaks. I will see about distance tomorrow.

Sunday Feb 3

Running (Trail Cougar Mountain) 3:21:00 [3] 10.25 mi (19:37 / mi) +580m 16:41 / mi
Ran cougar with Mac. Shoe type - Ballet Slippers -or might as well been. I love my summer trail shoes too much, ZERO traction on the bottom. There was so much ice and snow I was laughing at myself. The run was gorgeous, it was lightly snowing the whole time. I felt I gave my best effort on the uphills. Mac stopped me a lot to show me where we were on the map or asked me to show him at intersections. Edited - I was reminded I got us lost a few times down big hills, which we ran up, but I slid down. :)
