At home. Upper only. Full workout. 3 theraband (broke on last one!), 2 weights, bar dips. Weights: 3 x 12 w/25 lbs.
99 degrees out! Spent 20 minutes in the pool right before I did the exercises, and got so cooled off didn't even feel the heat while I was exercising.
