Jeep trail next door. Temp in mid-60's, mostly cloudy.

Jogged a few steps here and there, but knees ache too much to do more.

Strength exercises 10:00 [4]

At home (after walk). 12 bar dips, 3 sets each of curls and military presses with 25lb dumb bell, 10 -12 reps for curls, 8 for presses.
