At the cabin:

Interleaved the following:

2 x 15 leg lifts
2 x hundreds (100)
2 x 15 abductors
1 x 32 adductors, plus pulses
2 x 24, 15 lbs, curls
2 x 20, 15 lbs, presses
[omitted: 2 x 24 low rows (with Theraband)]
1 x 8, 15 lbs, kettle bell squats - actually done later
[omitted: 1 x 12, one-leg squats, each leg]
[omitted clam shells]

Amazing how in just a couple of weeks of doing these regularly they've gotten a lot easier.

From the cabin. Up the dirt road past Bill's, then the loop down to the bottom of Ridgecrest, then Crescent Dr to Redwood Dr, around the golf course, back up Old Monte Rio - Outlet - Shady - Sunny - Old MR - up through Kristy's.
