The usual weekly accumulation of morning stretching.

Front of house. 83 degrees - ugh. Legs felt decent; just taking it easy. Needed some relief from working on one of my calculus videos, "How The Derivative Can Fail To Exist."

Pilates mat, theraband, hips, adductors, weights; pretty much the same as Tues, but a few more reps on several of the exercises, and felt a little more confident in my back.

Skyline, to Black and back. Pretty warm. Legs felt surprisingly good (considering they were still pretty sore yesterday), and I was able to cruise the whole thing without ever breathing hard. 59:20 for the usual 5.66 plus 4:51 of loop backs (Louise was running pretty slowly).
