JCC. Bar exercises: 5-5-14. Getting to 5 on the first two wasn't quite as hard as last time. Upped season's best by 2 on the last one (bar dips).

Front of house. 67 degrees at 7:30am. Ran before breakfast because I had to get to Oracle at 11. After two really good workouts Sat and Mon, and with a physically challenging orienteering event coming Sun, figured I'd take it easy today. But the warm weather made it easy to get going quickly, so I went with it and turned it into a threshold workout.

Woke up with a sore right knee (where'd that come from?), but it didn't impede my workout.

Mostly just warming up so I can do the bar exercises. Did do a few court-length drives ending in layups.

Strength exercises 10:00 [4]

Bar exercises: 5-5-12. Season's best on the pull ups, =SB on the other two. Really had to work hard to get that 5th one for both the pull ups and chin ups.

Lake Ranch Reservoir. Had to go to Oracle today; had a chance for a nap when I came back, which undoubtedly helped this run. Best I've felt in a while; though I kept the pace moving, I was still running well within myself. Felt like I could've run a minute faster.

The usual 4 in 36:24 plus 4 loop-backs totaling 3:35. Just :10 slower than the fastest I've done in the last several years (Feb '12).
