Local terrain: old jeep trail loop on the property next door.
Finally, a sunny day! Once again, really like running on this loop. Feels like running through really open woods. L was out there, too, running easy distance.
Warm up: 3 x [2 x loop], 1.2 miles: 508, 421, 408 Total: 1337

529 [53], 526 [101], 523 Total: 1619 + 154 rest (Avg: 337 per 2 loops)
Excellent workout, feeling it at the end. Still could have pushed the last one harder, but stayed under control in deference to the Berkeley meet coming up Sunday, the only sprint race I have prior to WMOC in late April.
The intervals were actually at a slighter faster pace than two weeks ago even though today I did them for 3 laps instead of 2.
