Right heel is hurting me some, more than it has been in a couple of weeks. Could it be from trying shoes on at Road Runner Sports on Thurs and then wearing them around for 3 hours?

JCCLG. Two sets of everything instead of three, as I hadn't done these in a while. A little lower on reps and/or weight, too. Pretty sleepy, so not very explosive, but got the work in.

Wore the Brooks running shoes I just bought at Road Runner Sports.
