Kortum Trail, Sonoma Coast State Beach. From Blind Beach parking out nearly to edge of Furlong Gulch and back. Slow jogging with some walking, not feeling well.

Jeep trail next door, front of house loop, trail behind house and some of Gordon's trails. Got out at 11:30. 60 degrees and sunny. Seemed a little chilly at first, but it was really perfect running weather.

Leg feeling a little better, so did a longer, hillier workout, not pushing it hard. Really enjoyed it (the variations certainly helped).

Jeep trail next door. Mid-50's, chilly breeze, yet getting warm out in the field.

Out at 9:55, but short on time. Legs still sluggish, so tried to run just a comfortable two miles.

Splits are for 2 laps at a time, 0.4 miles:
