Jeep trail next door. After a poor night's sleep, out at 8:45. Temp in mid-70's, but a cool breeze so it was fine. Legs didn't feel good at all at first, felt better in the middle, felt strained by the end.

Bon Tempe. Hadn't planned to run today, but spontaneously decided I needed to be outdoors and active, so drove up to Bon Tempe rather late, and it was already too warm. Didn't really have a plan. Stopped at the entrance, ran on the jeep trail on the NW edge of the map, then scrambled up some bare rock to the ridge and did about 6 minutes of forest running, then up to the dam and across and back (just to get to see the lake), then up the gravel road (mostly on the small trail that runs next to it) to the junction with Sky Oaks. Walked back from there for a cool down.

The Speedcrosses were not at all adequate on the dry hillsides.

Bon Tempe. Gorgeous day, but I'm still wiped put from moving, and feeling sick-ish with a sore throat and a headache. Jog around the west edge of the first peninsula, and then back on the trail through the center, though first did a little side trip over the wooden bridge to the steps leading up to the road and back.
