Kortum Trail, Sonoma St Beach. Sunny and cool after a foggy morning. Got out very late as neither of us had been feeling very chipper and had a leisurely breakfast and then a nap. But I really wanted to get a run in, despite having a headache, so went out anyway. Lots of people out there, so several times left the trail to give people a wide berth. Never felt good, but it was a decent run.

For some reason, the gps track doesn't appear until 60% of the way through the run, though the splits data is there. And the distance from Sunset Rocks to Shell Beach parking on the way out seems to be about .15 short.

Subracted 58 seconds for the piddle break I took on the way back.

Still stewing over the negative responses to my Bon Tempe course data announcement. Have lost considerable sleep over that the last several nights and it has put a pall over this supposed vacation.

Steep Ravine loop out of Stinson Beach. Came back via the Dispea after lunch where the Old Mine Trail meets the Dipsea, a little ways down from Pantoll. Great ocean views. Rachel was with us.

This was the same loop L and I ran in January 2014.

Big toe didn't hurt.
