Bon Tempe, around the lake counterclockwise. Should subtract 18 secs to compare to other recent runs around lake: Water level is up a bit, which meant that crossing the spillway along the lakeshore was a bit of an adventure. Took about 18 seconds longer than usual.

Not enough sleep last several days (financial planning), took it easy, avoided temptation to go faster.

Really nice weather, temp over 60.

Bon Tempe. Used December's Brown course to create something with at least some unfamiliarity: Ran only the odd numbered controls, and did them in reverse order, i.e., F-29-27-...-3-1-S. Definitely made me have to look at the map some, and almost all the routes were somewhat different from anything I'd run out there before. It was fun! Also, the weather was perfectly gorgeous.

If this had been an actual course, the straight-line distance would have been 3.1 km for the 15 controls, so my time per km would have been 9:17/km.

There were several legs where I missed the optimal route choice, most particularly the fifth leg today (Brown #23 -> #21).

Phoenix Lake. Second bridge run plus Allen and back. 50 degrees in the parking lot (waited 7 mins for a spot), but sunny and nice once up the first hill. Start at 1145 after 1.5 min jog through picnic area. L ran around the lake. Stomach bothering me a little; somewhat lacking in enthusiasm.

Wanting to run at a pace that wouldn't knock me out for the rest of the day, took it slowly up the first hill, got faster as the run went a long, but kept the pace in check. Added the part from the Allen Trail to the stairs and back to get up to 4 miles, but even so had to run a bit more at the end to get to 4. Still faster than the two times I did something similar in December.
