Warm up. Fairly short because I intended to start off slowly on the course - but I didn't, running way too fast in the beginning, which made the second part a real struggle.

Bon Tempe. Green Corona Course. I was out of energy by #12, but pushed through to the end. Alas, the gps got way off after #20: the track is 50m too far east.

Bon Tempe. Brown course from this past December, but I started at #2 at the end of a 646/.53 mi warmup (included in the total time and distance).

So, the orienteering part was 2.3 mi in 3120. When I ran the course on Dec 17, it took me 2:11 to get to #2 and so 3029 for the rest.
