Bon Tempe. Took my brother up to see the place (first time for him). We walked the Pine Point Trail and then back on the Forman Trail. Earlier, we had lunch on a hill above the northern part of the lake. Cool, but sunny and clear, and quite lovely when we were out of the wind (as we were for lunch) but pretty uncomfortable in the strong wind (as we were on the Pine Pt Trail.

Sonoma County St Beach. Kortum Trail from Blind Beach parking lot to the N edge of Furlong Gulch.

Socked in fog (just right at the coast), sunny when we left, temp 55, chilly wind from the SW. Had some intestinal distress right before leaving the cabin, felt pretty drained when I started. Walked a lot up the first big hill, kept the pace moderate after that. Trail was fairly crowded.

Afterwards, drove to Cafe Aquatica, but it was crowded, so went back to Goat Rock Beach and hung out near the seals at the river mouth for a while (including a nap). Ate pizza in Duncans Mills after that.
