Bon Tempe. Beautiful weather. With L, walked around the lake, then after a brief stop at the car, walked around Lake Lagunitas, too. Afterwards, ate lunch in the picnic area, which is now open.

Again parked on Bancroft, near the track stadium. Pleased to discover that the parking meter didn't need to be fed until 9am, and I planned to be gone by then.

Berkeley. Francois' Course 2. Sunny, high 50's ran in shorts. Legs felt pretty good.

Did much better than I did on Course 1 a week and a half ago. The first five were a really fun challenge; the last few were in parts of the campus that were too familiar to me to make it a good challenge. Really enjoyed the whole thing. Very little time loss.

Bon Tempe. A true easy distance run. Wanted to go about 10% slower than I usually do for the run around the lake, and that's pretty much what I did.

(112) 3003 - beginning of dam (via little trail)
