Started with a tempo mile on the track- 7:50
Then jogged about 9 minutes to the bottom of a hilly road.
There we had to run to the top but it was 1min hard up, 30sec jog down. Repeat until at the top, then jog all the way down. X2
Then jog all the way back to the track and do another mile- 8:10
