Walked… felt nauseous and went back. Still not able to eat much which is the only problem at the moment.

Not dying like yesterday but haven’t eaten in over 24 hours and just having liquids. Walked around the park with Zion

Also the core exercises bridget gave us the other day absolutely killed me. My hip flexors are broken, it even hurts to walk…

Felt a bit nauseous, only got 4 controls. Got back and was having chills and body aches, went back and slept a few hours and went to the hot tub which felt nice. Then slept 12 hours and think I’m better but might skip fridays event…

Much much nicer running today. Felt very good, but 2 mistakes on 5 and 12 from straying off my bearing :/ from the splits looks like 4 min lost on 5 and 3 on 12!!

Absolutely hated this. Entirely cactus terrain. Was stopped and just staring at cacti half the time

Less prickly and went faster, but the second half got very prickly and I wasn’t enjoying that.

Too many prickly things put me off of having an enjoyable run… would’ve been nice if I wasn’t so afraid of them
