warm up and drills are now being incorporated into one thing where we run 2 laps then do drills for 1 lap then excelerations/jogging for another then run over baby hurdles and then do stairs all in 15 min

First day of practice! didn't get to do much because our coach talked for an hour, but at least I now wont sit at home on my butt.
