At Randall's Island, set up by greg balter. the first course was very easy, but very important to check control descriptions for which side of the fence(on baseball fields).

Really tough to prepare yourself when you're in the 5th heat of the mile and stand around on the track for 15 minutes jumping around

Blegh. First 400 was good, like 1:27. But surprisingly the heat was very spaced out and I was 5th with 10 girls behind me and I couldn't stick with the girl just ahead of me and she pulled away and I had a tough time pushing as hard as I could all alone. Kinda sad since BU is supposed to be a fast track and I wanted to PR. Couldn't stop coughing for a while after.
