When you haven't run in 3 days and feel like you forgot how to run... The first mile was like a warm up and a bunch of stuff hurt, especially one shin. But I stopped and stretched and was good the rest of the run. Went around on some sketchy trails at one point but it wasn't much.
Started out faster than usual on purpose so I could try to stick with faster people. Because I was running faster it was tougher to hurdle the barriers and I had some weaker water jumps. but it's all ok because I pr'd!
