Went to a rock climbing place with some friends and we spent an hour and a half there. Did some climbing (made it to the top of 3/4 walls) and some bouldering.

we started at intervals with the slower runners first and the goal was to win the 800. I started out good on the first two, then was having trouble breathing at the end of them and the rest slowed down. never won.
