Orienteering race 1:12:00 [4] 6.2 km (11:37 / km)
shoes: VJ Bold Berries

Relay- mass start
would've been great if I flipped my map properly at the start. started running and made it to one for the first controls (not mine) and realized I was on the wrong side of the map and had to change direction to get to mine. otherwise I would've been able to stay with people for at least a few controls. was okay until the control after the spectator chute, where after looking at my gps track, I had been right next to the control but couldn't see it and kept looking and looking for a really long time and got super frustrated. had another mistake in the same area a few controls later, not as terrible as the first, but still really sucked to screw up the race so bad.

Running warm up/down 2:45 [3] 0.33 km (8:20 / km)

Orienteering race 2:51:19 [4] **** 16.17 km (10:36 / km) +238m 9:52 / km
shoes: VJ Bold Berries

Compare my distance to the straight line of 11.4........ lol at #1 great way to start a long race, all downhill from there basically
Also screw the finish chute and having to do it twice. My hamstrings cramped up on the last two controls and I literally had to stop moving
