2 courses from sprint Scotland 2016, first was pretty simple around some housing that was all just rectangular buildings, did at tempo ish. Second was a little techy and hilly
Had a nice long walk between the maps

Walked around (the non embargoed) part of Edinburgh for most of today.

Some short sprint loops around the steils. Was a nice map area but the courses were not very technical, definitely has potential for good stuff though. Did this easy pace and decided not to go to sprintelope because it wouldn’t have been much benefit
Not sure how to log yesterday and today since they’re combined running and orienteering…. Today was mostly running, but yesterday mostly orienteering so guess I’ll do that

Running all 3 sprint Scotland races. As best as race pace as I could do, felt pretty good on the first two then legs definitely tired by the third one. Pretty good nav as well, but some route choice errors on the day 1 AM map. A lot of extra walking to/from the train station and to third map.
