Relay! Started out with a big mistake on 3, I think at least 3 minutes... but after that it was clean. In the spectator chute the others yelled at me that Canada was ahead so I picked up the pace and eventually caught Nicole, but I had to really sprint to the last control to catch her and then we were head to head in the chute until..... I slipped and fell. Very disappointing :/

Not really a great performance placing wise for sure. Navigation wasn't too terrible; I had three mistakes in the circle and another where I was looking earlier than I should have and it wasn't too great but other than that the rest was good. On the long leg there was a steep downhill where I wasn't moving quickly at all mostly because I didn't want to slip and crack my head open or break something. And I was moving kinda slow on the up hills... Which I thought I was more prepared for. 101st place and I really didn't want to be over 100, or even 90...
Now I'm just gonna think about the rest of the week and re focus myself to do well in the other races.
