| Out to the Blue Duck Cafe and then back the slightly longer way but avoiding most of the traffic. A bit of a headwind out there but a nice tail wind back. |

| Did an hour of bodyboarding out at Sumner, not very good waves at the start and they got flatter until I finally gave up. Not very fit at swimming, it was pretty hard work to get out at the start. |

| Short easy recovery ride out to Halswell and then to Hoon Hay and back. Very easy and just tried to keep my cadence up around 90.
Legs don't really feel too tired from yesterday. |

| Ran with Andreas up Rapaki along over Mt Vernon, Sugar Loaf and around the back behind Sign of the Kiwi then down via Vic park and along Colombo St back to his place.
Hills were hard work but the rest was okay. |

| Long Bays bunch ride. First time, managed to keep up until other side of Gebbies pass then got dropped on the next hill. Managed to catch up to some others after that and stayed with them for most of the way back.
Legs get lactic acid as soon as I start going up the hills, really need to sort that out. Also a bit soft at the moment and need to learn to suffer more. :-) |
