| Le Race. Did okay but 4 days climbing/mountaineering probably isn't an ideal taper. My legs seemed to feel pretty flat and I couldn't seem to get my heart rate up much.
It was pretty ideal conditions though.

| 800m climb up to the base of the climb (Butterfly Buttress) with all the climbing gear. Plus descent from top of Bruce Pk back to camp.
Was about 12 pitches of climbing on the route, quite a nice climb but very cold weather. |

Was about 8 pitches of climbing on the route, a very nice climb but very cold weather. |
