I'm back on AP !! Yeahhh !! Why ? I foolishly recruited a team for the Confed Park XC Relay in 15 days time. Good motivation to get back into race-pace shape, don't want to let my partners down...
Willowpark loop - started off easy, not pushing it too hard. After 10 mins could feel the fatigue start to want to drop me, at 15 mins during the gully repeats I really started hurting. At 22 mins, roughly half way, I stopped and walked for 1+ plus.
Return not so bad, even through return gully repeats & long inclined drag back to Trico - really pushed it the last 1.5km or so thanks to Japandroids - probably what helped save the time.
