GAA training 1:30:00 [4]

4 laps of field for warm up.
2 circuits of weights in gaa gym with 12 different stations at 45 seconds each.
Core training in hall.

Gym Fitness 1:30:00 [5]

Pushed myself hard in fitness.
Core training was same as previous gym fitness.

Fitness training with ball work as well. Fitness training quite intense.

Gym weights 1:20:00 [3]

Gym weights same as other times but was tougher as i was training before hand.

again raced 5 laps at start of training, came second, pushed hard.

Started training with race of five laps but didnt push as much as i wanted to.
ball work and SAQ training.

weight circuits. each done with 15 reps twice.

lat pulldown 20 kg
bicep curl 6kg
benchpress 15 kg 20 kg bar
shoulder press 4kg
tricep kickback 4kg
leg extension 25kg
leg press 50kg
ab crunch 25kg
back extension done on mat

had 1 weights circuit for a warmup. then SAQ training on track with a bit of ballwork.

Gym Fitness 1:20:00 [4]

15 mins treadmill, 15 mins cross trainer, 15 mins spin bike all at heart rate of 160-165 just back from sickness so i felt it was tough keeping up the pace.

after that core training for half an hour with different exercises.
