Rowing Machine30:00 [5] 7.17 km (4:11 / km)
Half Hour piece on erg(rowing machine) to get as far as you can. My first time doing this exercise and i thought it went ok. I could have pushed a bit harder for the sprint finish but other than that i went flat out.
Running40:00 [4] 9.3 km (4:18 / km) +100m4:05 / km
Run through suburbs of Cork city. Flat for fist 2.5-3km. Then we run for figure of eights which has two hills on each one with us picking up pace for each hill. Roads were wet and there was a sudden heavy downpour from half ways until finish. For future reference the run is called the shell run with four figures of eight.

Orienteering race 1:54:00 [3] *** 11.0 km (10:22 / km) +175m9:36 / km spiked:12/17c
Lost 20 mins on first 4 controls and 5 mins on the 12th. Evrything else was good. Weather bad at start but calmed down for rest of it. Course Brown. Runnability was fast for most of the course.
