Snow. First snow of the winter and couldn't resist an easy-steady run - down to Penicuik, up into Penicuik Est., across to Lowry's Den woods and back home. Very nice.

FwtN4, Craigmillar Park. Nice course through the park to the housing estate, a bit of urban O, then a long loop back through the park. Messed up a couple in the estate through a bad route choice.

First time out on mountain bike for some time. The sleet and rain had just about stopped and there were patches of blue in the sky. Up to and round and about Lowry's Den woods, across to and meander through Penicuik Est. Felt good, but incredibly muddy.

At Davidson's Mains CATI following coaching. 1km time trial with warm up and cool down. 4:12 for a slightly hilly km, and could have gone faster if I'd attacked it more or been running head to head.
