| 11-hills-of-Blackford run. Pushed on this one and a wee bit disappointed to be just under 39 min - hoping to go under 38. Still, can't complain after several consecutive days of training. Had a banana - just emulating Nixon. |

| After a couple of days standing around and helping out at the World Schools Champs went back to Devilla to run one of the Schools courses. Devilla is still slow going - heather, brashings, wind blow or just debris on the forest floor. Warm, sunny morning. |
