| Scottish Sprint O Champs in Stirling. Good run, a few small mistakes but nothing major. Thicket, #13 was a bit of a liberty with the control description - thicket nowhere to be seen! 3rd Super Vet and only a minute down on Eddie Harwood, which can't be bad. Pretty sore left calf at the end though. |

| Had to work this weekend. Took a rest on Saturday but on Sunday cycled in and out to the office by slightly circuitous routes. I'm getting too old for the size of the front chain rings on my road bike! |
