Running 55:03 [2]
ahr:151 max:178
Running intervals 21:00 [4]
7x3' through the forest. Man this was tough. The round didn't get any easier as rain has previously soaked the "track". Still I stayed positive
clocking very regular rounds. Splits after 2 rounds were:

2.24 (196/183)
2.24 (198/185)
2.24 (199/191)
2.30 (199/190)
2.30 (199/190)
2.28 (200/193)
2.24 (200/194)

it became increasingly hard to keep up the speed. I was really dead afterwards, but on the other hand I'm happy that I could increase the speed for the last two repetition. In the end it all comes down to the head ;-)

Running 1:25:00 [3]
ahr:152 max:181
in the lindberg. first with the orienteering then with the athletic club. not used to such long runs anymore.

Sunday Jun 8

Running race 2:59 [4]1 km (2:59 / km)
Regional Championship for the team. The best thing about the comp was that we clearly took the victory home and the festivities afterwards.
on the other hand the time doesn't look very promising and there are a few reasons for this.
-we ran on the muddy grass and in one bend there was some up and down
-was the last competition and we had only maybe 20min after another running disciplin to "relax". just a bit under time pressure there, on the upside the warm up got cut!
-Looking at the results I'm actually not so unpleased. compared to the track I don't lose as much as other team-runners, probably due to the orienteering-background.

all in all we produced some good results. I also participated in the javelin (ca. 36m) and the relay and the FTA(including ball throwing and running).
