Easy run to remind my legs how to move. The weather was delightfully cool with a subtle mist. I'm not satisfied with how my year of orienteering has gone - I need to make better decisions, and I'll continue to work at that. But regrets or improvements are irrelevant; all that matters is the now. I hope for a good weekend of racing.
