cath and me decided to investigate a "body attack" at cannock, but turned up for a "body pump" instead =S
was kewl though - using wieghts (free and bar) and step thingy for muscle workout. wasn't a sweaty out of breath one though.
good weight training for climbing though, part from instructor was obbsessed with tellling us all bout her xmas preperations.
goin to the "body attck" (intervals etc) on friday morning though.

bullied into it by cath, so went at her pace.
mentally hard to get back into, but running wise low.
breathing good (even with snotty nose!) just need to wear sports bra next time!!!!!!!!!
got muddy legs for first time in yeeeeeears! yaaaaaaay!
small strides so jumped the puddles
