Walked to work while being snowed prettily on and walked home in big drifts of snow, since we got several cm in a few hours. It made me feel pretty virtuous to be slogging through the snow, knowing I'm getting a much better walk than usual.

LONGEST WORKOUT YET! Long workout because had day off, I was determined to work out kinks in back and neck that accumulated over the weekend, and talking to Selene made it go faster.

Stretch after workout. Floor stretches and added ball for the first time - I tried out the ball spine stretch as recommended by refexologist - fabulous!

I decided to stretch out before bed in order to add to the fabulousness of my workout earlier in the day and to sleep better (hopefully).
