Kayak 1:11:17 [3]
Kayak from the Panmure basin up as far as the outgoing tide would let me. Took around 43 mins up then 20back, lotsa fun!
Mountain Biking 1:47:07 [3] 15 km (7:08 / km)
ahr:126 max:163
Biking a few trails around redwoods, picking and choosing the nice ones including mad if you don't, yellow brick road, part of pondys, be rude not too, exit trail etc. Just took it easy and had fun. Replaced the batteries on the bike computer so can read my ride time now and the km's make sense again.

Saturday Sep 27

running 41:51 [3]
shoes: Aasics Trail Sensor
Running a coulpe times around the Panmure Basin while Neil pushed Eva, did the 'fitness circut' the second time round - ouch some of that hurt! Felt tired and not very mkotivated for most of it.

Mat class, Sharon was gentler on us this time though my mid back ired easily after paddling yesterday.

Wednesday Sep 24

Kayak 1:07:30 [3]
Kayaking with Neil and (Dr) Dave in the Onehunga harbour. Felt good, some chop and wind came up a little but felt comfortable and stable.

Tuesday Sep 23

running 50:16 [3]
ahr:145 max:158
Running from home to one tree hill and back, followed the trails around the outskirts of the park. Felt consistant if not fast.

Monday Sep 22

Note
Climbing with Mike, Fi and Stu. Blasted for an hour before heading home for an early night.
