| Forgot heartrate monitor this weekend but running around Robs with Jess for a bit, tried to find the others to help with the track maintence but couldn't find them again (hense longer than the planned 55mins) not chainsaw noises to guide me! Felt good but sore neck ment I felt a bit stiff in the upper body. |
