Out again with Neil from Robs, through the cutting track between the estrees. Caught the tide right on the turn which was nice. Thought we might have seen orca but couldn't get close enough.

one lap of the mountain bike course at Robs put on by the MTB club.

running off road (inc 1x5min hill and 1x4mi) 1:04:14 [3]
Forgot heartrate monitor this weekend but running around Robs with Jess for a bit, tried to find the others to help with the track maintence but couldn't find them again (hense longer than the planned 55mins) not chainsaw noises to guide me! Felt good but sore neck ment I felt a bit stiff in the upper body.

Kayak with Neil from the Tupare ramp. Pretty fast outgoing tide made it either fast to float of fast for the paddle to move throughthe water. A bit windy but not choppy.

Paddle with Neal from the Panmure basin, bit of a head wind and some chop but otherwise slow. Felt slow against his sprinter tho.
