Really struggling to put together any consistent trainings atm. Anything I have done was squeezed in but better than nothing, but way too many gaps to make progress.
Averaging a whopping 5 hours sleep per day is taking its toll, managed just 2 hours one day and relented to working an extra shift at work - silly me.. Hopefully work hours will drop a little soon, and some untimely DIY isn't helping matters - and will probably chew up a couple more weeks of burning both ends of the candle.
Auckland champs tomorrow... not very optimistic!
Thinking I might make a plan for QB as I need a goal to get some motivation (and need some time away from work).
